Challenge
The homepage was unclear and made navigation difficult.
Without cashless payments, users felt inconvenienced compared to alternatives like Gojek or Grab.
Process
Research → Conducted competitor analysis and surveyed users to uncover key pain points.
Define → Identified two main issues: a confusing homepage layout and the absence of cashless payment options.
Ideation → Sketched and wireframed new layouts to improve clarity and hierarchy.
Design → Created high-fidelity mockups focusing on navigation flow and flexible payment methods.
Outcome
The redesigned app introduces a clearer homepage and a cashless payment flow, directly addressing the issues identified during research. While the design was not tested with users, it was developed with the intent to simplify navigation and provide more flexibility for everyday use.
